Are we happy now?
Throttle Down is our on-site tavern located downstairs below the pool. We offer more than 120 flavors of beer and wine coolers along with more than 25 different kinds of wine and cocktails. Our signature drink is the Nassau Royal. And, you’ll have to try one of our Throttle Down Shots. If you don’t have it – we will get it. We now have FREE Wi-Fi in the tavern.

We have a Caribbean menu the features our signature sandwhich, the Nassau Burger – it has Royal in it. And don’t forget to try Chip’s famous Chicken Quesadillas.
HOURS OF OPERATION
We are open 8 days a week from 3 PM to 1:30 AM, except during the summer we are open from Noon to closing on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Right now, if someone shows up for food, we will fix it no matter what time it is.
